Hi Cloud Foundations team, requesting a status refresh / escalation to Trust & Safety on a stuck brand verification.
Project number: (PII Removed by Staff)
Project name: (PII Removed by Staff)
App name (OAuth consent screen): S2S Core
OAuth client ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
Application home page: (URL Removed by Staff)
User type: External
Scopes: openid, email, profile, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events
Situation: The Verification Center flags two branding findings: (1) “Your home page does not explain the purpose of your app,” and (2) “The app name ‘S2S Core’ does not match the app name on your home page.” Both are resolved on the live page.
The home page displays “S2S Core” as its primary headline (matching the consent-screen app name), a full description of the app’s purpose (the candidate and partner portal for our SkillBridge hiring process), a section explaining why Google sign-in and Calendar access are requested, and a visible Privacy Policy link. The page is public with no login wall.
Google Search Console Live URL Inspection (run July 31, 2026) confirms the page returns a successful fetch and renders this exact content, crawl allowed: yes, indexing allowed: yes, page fetch: successful. A rendered screenshot is available on request.
A previously flagged logo finding was resolved and has since cleared on re-review, so the review pipeline is evaluating the app, but the two homepage findings persist despite the content being present and confirmed visible to Googlebot.
The Verification Center directs me to reply to a Trust & Safety email thread, but no such email was ever received (checked inbox, spam, and trash). I have also submitted an appeal marking the findings as incorrect. Requesting a manual review or a way to reach the Trust & Safety team directly. Happy to provide test credentials or anything else needed.
Thank you!
