OAuth branding verification: app name mismatch despite matching homepage, and no Trust & Safety email received

Hello Google Cloud team,

I need assistance with an OAuth branding verification issue for my application, Pedidos Locales.

Project ID:
(PII Removed by Staff)

Application name configured in Google Auth Platform:
(URL Removed by Staff)

Homepage:

(URL Removed by Staff)

Privacy Policy:

(URL Removed by Staff)

Terms of Service:

(URL Removed by Staff)

Authorized domain:

(URL Removed by Staff)

The Verification Center reports the following branding issue:

“The app name shown on the OAuth consent screen does not match the app name on the homepage.”

However, the application name configured in Google Auth Platform is exactly:

“Pedidos Locales”

The public homepage also clearly displays the exact same name:

“Pedidos Locales”

The homepage clearly explains the purpose of the application with the text:

“Plataforma de pedidos para negocios locales”

It explains that Pedidos Locales allows users to discover local businesses and products, place orders, and consult their orders.

I have also verified the live website directly. The homepage returns HTTP 200 and contains:

Pedidos Locales

The live homepage also contains the visible name “Pedidos Locales”.

I tested the homepage using both Googlebot and Google-InspectionTool user agents, and both received the same public homepage with the correct application name and description.

The website is publicly accessible without authentication.

The domain is also verified in Google Search Console, and my Google account is the verified owner of the property.

I also tested the OAuth sign-in flow. Google currently displays:

“Go to (URL Removed by Staff)”

on the account selection screen.

I would like to know whether this Google-generated text is expected behavior and whether it could be related to the reported branding mismatch.

There is also a second issue.

The Verification Center instructed me to respond to the Trust & Safety email after resolving the problem. However, I never received the Trust & Safety email.

The developer contact email configured in Google Auth Platform is:

(PII Removed by Staff)

I have checked my inbox and spam/junk folders, but I have not received any Trust & Safety verification email.

Could you please help me determine:

  1. Why Google is still detecting an application-name mismatch when both the OAuth application name and the public homepage use “Pedidos Locales”.
  2. Whether “Go to (URL Removed by Staff)” on the Google sign-in screen is expected behavior.
  3. Whether any additional change is required on my homepage.
  4. How I should respond to the Trust & Safety team when I did not receive the referenced email.
  5. Whether the branding verification can be reviewed again after confirming these details.

I can provide screenshots of the Google Auth Platform branding configuration, Google Search Console verification, the live homepage, and the OAuth sign-in screen if needed.

Thank you for your help.
