Is it possible to send a notification to a specific app user?
Public apps, by definition, do not require sign in so there is no user identifiers.
The best you can do is to have them manually add their email address and/or phone number. You can use the USERSETTINGS list, a registration table where they register themselves, or a combination of both (so they don’t have to keep identifying themselves each time they visit the app). Do note : there will be instances where users enter in bogus information OR enter someone else’s details. There really is no way to prevent this in a public app.
