I’ve been having some problems exporting my project to PDF recently. The graphics that contain my questions and the gauge aren’t appearing. It was working perfectly a few days ago, but since last week it hasn’t worked anymore. Does anyone know what could be happening?
Several different Community Visualizations stopped being exporting after the 16th of October. The schedule reports show a grey or white background instead of the rendered Community Visualization. This also happens when exporting reports to a pdf-file. I guess the during the generation of the pdf-file, the rendering time for Community Visualization was reduced so that only the background and not the figures are displayed.
Please fix this, is we need to print out the some of our reports.
We are currently facing the same problem. The Community Visualizations stopped working in the pdf-file. A fix would be important, as we use the data to present our weekly report on the shop floor.
Same here, within the scheduled report, every Community Visualization is an unpopulated grey rectangle, and their functionality is lost when exported to PDF. We need a solution ASAP
The Community Visualizations have become unresponsive, appearing as grey rectangles in the scheduled report and failing to load in the associated PDF file.
I’m also having problems with Community Visualization; for a couple of days now, I’ve been downloading files and they don’t appear. This only happened with new files, but now it’s happening with old ones too.
