Not able to associate messgae processor to the environment

Hi,

I have a multi data center 4.19.06 setup and have created two environments and want to associate MPs in each of the environments. I am able to attach MPs in dc1 environment but not able to attach dc2 MPs in dc2 env

Eg:

dc1 and dc2 are two regions and am able to associate MP1 and MP2 in dc1 environment (us-west) but when I try to associate MP3 and MP4 in dc2 environment (apac) I see error

I am not able to figure out where the issue is. Can someone pls help me on this ?

do you have different gateway pods across dc-1 and dc-2?

i.e.:

dc-1 > MP_POD=gateway-1 and dc-2> MP_POD=gateway-2

if yes, you need to associate the pod (gateway-2) with your org, and then MP uuid with env in that org

and share your output while adding the mp uuid to dc-2, so we can uydnerstand the case more deeply

The issue was resolved. I did not associate the environment to the second region. It worked after associating the environment to dc-2
