Hello, i was setting a nonfiction for an event and triggered this event. But no notification was arrived (checked I’m connected with the owner mail and also checked the monitor wich show the process was running) any help?
What kind of notification are you trying to send? Email, Push Notification or SMS?
Note that if the app is NOT deployed, SMS messages are not sent. Emails and Push Notifications will only sent to the App Creator. Being logged into the app with the App Creator email will allow you to receive Push Notifications but you will NOT see Emails - unless your Email app can also receive emails for the App Creator.
If the app IS deployed, then please provide more details about how you have implemented the Bot step.
Hi, thank you for the reply. My meaning is for the Push Notifications which I’m not receiving in the app, even I’m connected with the owner email.
