No bot emails being sent but log says they are!

I have created a new app that requires a core licence so it is owned by another of my Google accounts as my usual account has apps requiring a starter licence.

All is good except that no emails are being sent by the bots (or at least they are not being received) yet the audit log says that they are being sent.

I’ve checked the spam folder and they’re not in there so I can only assume they’re not actually being sent.
I’ve manually sent an email from the [app owner] gmail account to my usual gmail account and received that fine.

Any thoughts?

Is the app deployed? If not, the emails will be sent to the spp owner rather than the designated recipients.

Sorry, yes it is deployed.
I’m wondering if there’s something up with the google account as it was set up with a non-gmail email address.

I wouldn’t think so but I’ve only ever used Google accounts. Probably best to contact AppSheet Support for help with this.

What was the problem?

I’d put the email address expressions into the text field rather that the expression field :grimacing:

(Just shows that it’s sometimes the simplest things that you don’t bother to check!)
