New order is created, then send email with order details. Only works if i press TEST button.

Hi!

I’m struggling with an automation. I want to send an email with an attachment with the order details, when a new order is created. I have all the steps (Event (New Order created / add only) on table Orders with NO condition // Step 1 Send email by table Orders )

In the Template i have this:

All works ONLY if i run the TEST button and then press EXECUTE option. The Email its sended and its shows the details. But if i want to run automatically when i create a new order, it doesnt work at all, or sometimes send the email with the order details empty.

Any suggestion? I have to put any Condition?

Probablemente no tengas configurado el bot para “Bypass security filters”.

La otra opción es que estés tratando de enviar un documento con los registros de una tabla hijo cuyos valores se digitan gracias al “Is part of?”, que se ve como un formulario dentro de otro. Si es así, lo que te sucede es esperado y tienes que buscar alguna forma de que tu bot se ejecute con otro criterio en lugar de solo cuando agregas el registro principal
