In addition to the bug which was reported elsewhere (https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/AppSheet-Q-A/MultiRow-selection-can-it-be-deactivated/m-p/823164#M255305)) there is another bug with new desktop ux.
The action is coupled with “force sync” technique with deeplink action with special parameter. While there is no pending data change is there, Sync is initiated quickly after the action is invoked. However, while there is pending data changes (sync is going on), ever we hit the same action, SYNC never gonna happen. This does not happen with legacy UX for your guidance.
