New Bug Encountered: Workflow status is pending and there is no way to stop the process

All the submitted/updated request in my appsheet becomes pending status in workflow since yesterday evening (06/01/2022). My workflow will send email every time there is update or newly submitted request. But since it is pending status, looks like it keeps on retrying that’s why my users are now flooded with email. How to stop or cancel the workflow status??
