Hi,
I’m stuck on the final step of OAuth verification for sensitive Gmail scopes. My verification progress page shows one remaining issue:
“You are required to complete a CASA security assessment for your app. Follow the instructions in the email you received from the Trust and Safety team to complete the CASA assessment.”
I never received that email. I’ve waited 2+ months and checked spam thoroughly. There’s no actionable next step I can take since the only instruction is to follow an email that hasn’t arrived.
All other requirements are resolved (homepage, branding, privacy policy, app functionality, appropriate data access, minimum scopes). CASA is the only blocker.
Can someone help me get the CASA assessment email resent, or point me to where I can initiate the assessment directly?
