Hi, we are struggling big time with extremely slow syncing apps. Have followed all the advice about increasing speed.
My next move is to try to move to an SQL database. While scouring the help documents, I came across the below statement. Does anyone know how to find out what Appsheet server I am using? Based in Northern Ireland.
- Network latency between the device and the AppSheet server can also add significant delay. We observe this typically with customers who are geographically remote from the AppSheet server cloud.

You can try out the effect of higher-degrees of parallelism in the app emulator hosted inside the app editor.
I don’t think the Appsheet server is at fault. Its almost certainly to do with how your app has been built
You can get “higher-degrees of parallelism” buy upgrading the licence type. But like moving to SQL, I suspect it wont help much.
