Nested Form no longer appearing

Hello Appsheet,

I have been using this form for a few weeks now and it should have a nested form “add” box where it says PE Details. I have not changed anything in regard to the app but I cannot get this to appear now. Is this something that anyone else has experienced? If so how did get it back?

I went back and restored a version from a few days ago and this essentially fixed it. I’m now more just curious what might of happened
