Need help figuring out what plan to use for my new app

My app has two users:

admin to look at the inspections

users to go through the process /form with admin

the users basically use the app one time and that’s it. Like a one time link /access is all i need.

I was wondering which subscription plan from appsheet would be best suitable for me?

can you buy users in bulk and save?
1000 users a month for say?

For this sort of setup you probably need 2 different plans on 2 different accounts with 2 different apps. One Public plan app for the bulk users to input data, and one Secure plan app for the admins to do what they need with the data.
