My QR code doesn't work suddently

Hello,

I remember last time I set the QR code perfectly and now I can only see the exclamation mark.

I set the formula in “Barcode” column and tried to get value from “VendorNo” column:

"https://zxing.org/w/chart?cht=qr&chs=350x350&chld=L&choe=UTF-8&chl="&[VendorNo]

What returns to the page in “Vendor Status” below: (v001, v002… are VendorNo)

May I know why and how can I revise to get back my QR code? Thank you.
