hi guys, really needs help. i have an input form, when every columny has been filled. and then save button clicked, it didn’t respond at all. maybe you guys could give me some clue or enlightment. this pic below is my input form

@AbuZachary you can find the reason going to: "Manage → Audit History " and launching the log analyzer
Then inside the log analyzer, you can tick the checkbox “Only Display Failure?” + you can apply other filters, like “Add?”..
You can see all the timeS in which the application had an issue and then, clicking on “Details” you can see more information.
