I just paid for 12 licenses, but my app is still block and keeps getting a message telling me to upgrade my plan. I can’t access support. Can anyone help me with this?

So, I asked support about it and they told me that most likely there’s have a default email address auto-logged in on AppSheet help center that is not the AppSheet paying account on AppSheet.com.
Now, to get in touch with the support team, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find the link to Contact us and go through the following steps:
Step 1: What can we help with?
Step 2: Resources
Step 3: Contact Options
Once you reach out to the third step on the “Contact us” page listed below, you will be given the option to “Chat” or “Email” support.
