my apps definition was blocked even though I just left it untouched I have 100 customers on my service and need help soon
“blocked” often means you need to pay for more licenses. Have you checked the app-owner’s account to make sure the payment method is still valid, and set for enough licenses?

thanks but I am the app owner my information is correct and the app had been fine until now. I have not changed anything and it broke recently
So did you check the license counts?
