My app doesnt worknow and need help.
This morning the app shows timeout and ask me to wait a moment. Later I delete one table and now the app is all plain. I don’t know what I can do now and can anyone help?

Try refreshing your browser, I often experience this too, just refresh your browser, if the problem persists, it means there is a server problem.

I refresh the browser many times and it remains the same.
Do you mean that your app also showed “all blank” like this even all the primary views and menu views were missing? I met this problem first time.

The message is the same. I just experienced the same thing and when I refreshed it, it recovered. But it’s not blank like you did, only the message appears.
All the tables and columns in my app are missing, it looks all blank like a totally new app without any data in it.
Maybe someone from google team can help.

Go to www.appsheet.com, logout from there and login again. Sometimes that helps.

I am still experience this issue.
Its’ a little bit complicated and here are the detials for your reference.
I built 2 apps to run my project management and let’s call it as APP A and APP B here, both apps are not deployed yet. They were storred in 2 separate folder. As I want to have all the images/files from both apps to be saved in the same folder, I moved the spreadsheet of App B to the folder of App A. And I also set default folder of App B to be the same folder of App A. And then I found it take long to sync the app B and say timeout. (App A works fine).
Also, I deleted one table and save the app, Then the app become all blank. (No tables/UX/Columns). Then I tried several ways to copy the app and all fail.
I copied app from original app B, it shows some errors on behavior/views/slices because of the missing table which I deleted. Then I deleted all theese errors and saved the app. Some copied ones say “Unable to fetch the app definition” and some copied ones say timeout. (I assume it’s besause of different process I did. )
I really need your help on my apps. It’s almost the last step to deploy it.

Once the copy apps done, it shows all the errors in red, then:
- Slelect the source path of each table and set default folder to app A. (I select the original spreadsheet for them. )
2)and then save the apps.
=>it say" unable to fetch the app. And it didnt’s show errors in red at this moment but shows "something went wron while copying the app. Try again. And I can’t delete or edit the tables now.
Another steps:

3)Save the apps.
=>It says connection timeout. I can still edit/delete the tables now.
@Msidacappu @Shourya_Tomar This issue requires the involvement of someone at the “specialist” level of Support. The problem is internal to the config or the app creator’s account, and is not something the app creator or we in the community can troubleshoot.
Yes that is actually correct @Steve, I would suggest @Msidacappu to contact support for help with this if you have a paid license otherwise please let us know and we will follow up.
