My API proxy button is disabled; I get an error message “You do not have permission to view API Proxy”. See the picture below. Please help me to enable it.

Yes , 3 days back i created that org
Thanks @Ankit dwivedi for more details, Lately we are seeing occasional LDAP issues in free pod which will result in above issues while provisioning. We will keep you updated.
