MS SQL Server Fetching Error durring Sync

Hi,

I am using MS SQL Server as a datasource, i can connect this but sometime i got the following error:

After 2 - 3 sync, it works again (sync successfully) but after that (maybe 30 minutes or hours) the error come back (especially when i goto another tab or windows to do other job.

This error is making really bad user-experience.
