How do you remove and re-create an email? Regardless, no one here can help you with your account issues, you’d probably need to contact support. OR maybe just get the app owner to re-add you to the app?

You own the domain.
You have lost access because when you created the new email, even with the same username and password, you have actually become someone else.
Modern authentication services use the OAuth 2 authentication framework which works by exchanging access tokens rather than user credentials (username/passwd).

As far as I know, AppSheet doesn’t care if your email was deleted, changed provider, etc. It’s the browser cookies that may be generating problems.
Try clearing cookies or an incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N)
