I want to build an Appsheet app for a friend who is not tech savvy. He has only one gmail account. Can I build the app in the same account and show only the front end of the app for him? Or does he need to have 2 accounts - one to create the app and one for the front end of the app?
A single account is sufficient. From your friend’s account, he would always be able to edit the app from the app editor. However, you can give him instructions with a URL that will only open the app’s front end in a browser. Get the URL from the “Copy sharing links” option in the “Share app” dialog box. If you help him set up the app on a mobile device, it will only ever be the front-end version.
