Migrate multiple app connected to same appsheet database to google sheet

I know copy app can migrate the new app to google sheet instead of the database. The migration will create 1 google sheet for 1 table. But I have 4 apps sharing the same database for 18 tables, how can I copy these 4 apps to new user account and then just keep all tables in one google sheet? Any hints? Thanks for your help.
BTW my aim is to workaround the limitation of 2500 row for each database/app. If there is any smarter idea, I would like to listen & learn too. Thanks again.

Just import each google sheet as table in each copy of your apps. You need to set each table column types similarly to avoid inconsistencies. Even for paid versions of appsheet, this is probably the only way to really use the same data across multiple apps accessing the same data.

It really is a lot of work to copy the ‘settings’ for 18 tables for 4 apps. In the same amount of time you might as well start paying for appsheet (or get google workspace core business accounts which include appsheet core) if you just wanted to work around the 2.5k row limit.

Otherwise something a bit more external can help with working around a 2.5k row limit, google scripts embedded in each table can probably copy older records and delete them in your live tables.

Hi @ktsmediaprod2, thanks for your advice. According to Restrictions, limits, and known issues - AppSheet Help, I understand that even I have Google Workspace Business Standard plan, I have to add AppSheet Enterprise Plus add-on license to myself as the app owner to allow all 4 apps to share 200K row quota?
Then each of our external user can access my 1 of my app by 1 Appsheet user pass?
Do you know there is any restriction to external user? Only google business or gmail.com individual user? E.g. other corporate user is allowed or not?

In the app editor as the current owner, share each app with the second account.

In the app editor as the second account, copy the shared app.

Note that the app users will need to switch to the new apps. You’ll want to keep an eye on the new and old apps to identify users who are still using the old ones.

You can notify users of the need to switch apps using the broadcast feature.

After migrating (enough) users to the new apps, consider disabling the old apps to prevent their use.

Hi Steve, thanks for your sharing.
When Copy apps, and select Save app to Appsheet Database, I find it created 4 databases after I finished copy these 4 apps, but in the source, these 4 apps are sharing the same database, any workaround on this so we copied apps can point to same database instead of 4 separate databases?

Sorry that I asked too fast without checking detailly. I now notice there is option to switch the Table Setting > Source Path to the same database and then same table.

When you copy the app, it should give you the option to copy the data tables. Choose not to copy.
