Making reminders amongst users for client appointment

Created an app for a law firm using App Sheet, but im struggling to make the app make reminders to user on client appiointment. please assist.,

What kind of reminder do you mean ?

For instant i have a column which they capture “data of appiontment” on the column i want whatever date they capture users are reminded day before of the appiontment.
