I need help with template for lottery tickets tracking,we do scan with a scanner at opening and scan them again at closing. Using a scanner.
The columns are being treated like numbers. When the number gets large enough, it is converted into scientific notation. I am not sure what you are using as a template. It could be as simple as expanding the column width. Unless you are performing numeric calculations on those scanned values, those columns do not need to be numeric. In your template, you could also define them/convert them to Text and you should be good. You might still need to expand the columns depending on the number of digits.

@Lottery , if you’re using Google Sheets, here’s an illustration of how apply @WillowMobileSys 's advice to ensure the values are formatted as text.

I’m trying to transform the sheet we build to just a simple app looks maybe like the sheet and allow us to scan the lottery at opening and closing,without the need for excel. Just as an app itself will be easy for any employee to scan and share to the management email or whatsapp. The issue we hade is to find the template looks like the sheet or easier. Formulas are working fine.
