I have a table which contains different URLs of Webhooks (Google Chat) for different Locations.
I want to post a message whenever a entry made for a location in the room of that particular location in google chat. Shall we fetch the URL via expression??

So, if you are using different URL depending on a condition, sure, use an expression.
Make sure to wrap it on <<>>, the same way an expression on word, gdocs, html, etc
