Looker Studio Extract is not updating since GCP outage yesterday

After yesterday’s major GCP outage, I have had trouble with one of my large Looker Studio Extracts refreshing when I try to update it manually. This is the “Failed to extract data into Looker Studio” popup that appears when I try to update it:

On Show details, I see

“”"

Sorry, we encountered an error and were unable to complete your request.

Error ID: 6730a851

“”"

As a result, all of the graphs that depend on this Extract have “No Data.” This has functionally broken the entire dashboard. As I suspect that Extract is based on an underlying Memorystore or BigQuery functionality, I believe it’s related to and impacted by the June 12 outage.

Steps to reproduce: Data Resources >> Edit >> Edit Connection >> Save and extract.

This is a bug, trying to get staff attention.

@sam8 FYI

Thanks for reporting! We are aware of the issue and we have just pushed a fix. This should be working as expected now.
