Looker Studio Embedded Dashboard Issue - WordPress

Hi, We have recently successfully embedded one of our dashboards into our WordPress website in an iframe. Everything seems to be working and the settings of the iframe are fine, as long as the dashboard is looked at on bigger screens. The mobile view seems to be working when we have a look at it in the WordPress as we test, but if someone uses their phone to go to our website, they only see the title and the other static elements of the dashboard, everything else shows a system error. So, all the interactive elements are unavailable on all pages of the report. We tested out every single setting in Looker Studio itself and the dashboard seems to be set up correctly and it does display everywhere but on the phone. Also, when the report is accessed directly on Looker Studio website through a link on mobile, it works just fine. I was wondering if anyone had ever encountered this issue before and why this system error occurs only under those very specific circumstances? It doesn’t give much information except that Looker Studio couldn’t complete the request, so I have no more details on that error.

Does this happen on every mobile browser?

Some browsers can be stricter than others when it comes to allowing embedding. Some searching around suggests to me that using the amp-iframe (Accelerated Mobile Pages) component might help solve this.

Hi, yes, it does. It also happens on tablets, in incognito mode on desktop and occasionally even on browsers like Safari (without incognito) on desktop, when someone first discovers our website and even if cookies are accepted first. I tried the amp-iframe solution and it doesn’t work either.
