We are experiencing an issue with GKE 1.29.6-gke.1038001 and an application load balancer.
error ensuring load balancer: generic::permission_denied: Update: Quota exceeded for quota metric ‘GKE_GCESync_Prod/GLOBAL/writes’ and limit ‘GKE_GCESync_Prod/GLOBAL/writes’ of service ‘compute.googleapis.com’ for consumer ‘global’.
We can’t find information on this quota. The quota is not listed in the “Quota” UI, and no quotas are reporting limits. Is there more information on this quota or a suggested resolution path?

This is a known issue and could be tracked here. Please be aware that at this moment, there is no ETA to this request, but you can give more visibility to it using the ‘+1’ button in the top right corner of the page and also mention your business impact in the comment section, which will also ensure that you will receive any update that will be posted there.
