LINKTOFORM to create new row and insert a value in a ref column

Hello! I have a “person names” table and a “Persons” table with a “Names” reference column

From the “person name” table I create an action LINKTOFORM(Persons_form,Name,[_thisrow].[Names])
By performing the action I see the value in the column but as if it were a duplicate with a yellow triangle and the reference is not created.

Any suggestions on how to do it? Thanks in advance

Is the [Names] column in your “persons names” table the key column?
