Limits in Alert Dashboard and Collection Dashboard API Monitoring

Hi @Dino-at-Google quick question regarding the limits.

  1. In the Collection Dashboard and Alert Dashboard, according to the documentation, we can only set up a maximum of 20 alerts and collection per organization, is there any way to add or exceed the limit in these dashboards?

  2. Can the following be downloaded?

    • Logs from Investigate Dashboard
    • Trends in Recent Dashboard
