I have a bit of a special case request.
To give you a bit of a run down of my situation, I’m from a non-profit organization that supports a community event once a year. We have external users that need access to our AppSheet for say 10-15 days for planning and operation purposes. We are aware of User Passes but can not commit to an annual plan for an app that sees this use for a single month.
We would love to get the licenses but have been unable to find a viable way forward we can afford either through our non-profit status or promos.
I don’t know if this could be escalated or replied to here but any help would be appreciated.

This implies that you already have licensed users for your app?
Theoretically, you should be able to increase the licenses for that single month of increased users. Then manually REDUCE the number of paid licenses for the months following. They would be licenses at the same rate you are currently paying.
Do you need the security that comes with a licensed app? If not, then maybe a Public App would suffice for that one month. Public apps are billed at a flat rate of $50/month BUT are far less secure and prone to users entering bogus information with no accountability.

These users are outside of our organization and login via their Microsoft accounts. We would need to acquire user passes but only have options for annual which is not feasible for a once a year event. I understand the core licensing we have but in its current configuration can not utilize it for these users.
We do need the security.

Hello @FEO_Support,
Welcome to the Appsheet community! I’m sending you a PM to further discuss about this.

Closing the loop on this one and sadly with bad news.
We no longer offer discounts for non-profit nor educational organizations. There is always the option to request for this discount with the sales team though.
I wish I could give better news.
