I have a question about licences since Google Workspace Business includes AppSheet Core licence.

Our company uses Google Workspace Business Standard plan (30 users) and AppSheet Core and pays 40 licences/month from beginning (about 30 employees and 10 external partners, which need to access our application). Regarding to the fact, that 30 employees (and Google Workspace Business Standard users) already has valid licence, can we lower number of licences to only 10 licences/month ?

As far as I know, the Core subscription is nowadays included to your Workspace, so you would not need to have any extra AppSheet licenses to those 30 users. But for those external users you need to have licenses.

I also think so, but I’m not sure. I’d not like to create a “not-enough-licences” problem for application that is in use 24/7. Someone from the AppSheet team here ?
