Left Join vs Left Outer Join in LookerML

Hello,

Is there any difference between Left Join and Left Outer Join in LookerML?

I’m a completely noob and I’m starting learning ?

So, now I’m attending a training on Udemy, and the instructor mentioned that in LookerML, there are differences between those two lefts joins.

But as far as I know, the outer is optional and it doesn’t affects the query.

There is no difference. Left on its own doesn’t even appear on the list:

And it says LEFT OUTER just to be explicit
