Hello,

Labels are not showing as usual when long press on chart in dashboard view. I am not sure did I set something wrong or the new feature remove it? Thanks

Your observation seems to be correct. You may want to contact AppSheet support.

@devingu : there are a few similar posts in the community today. My quick testing also showed that the chart view is not displaying a particular attribute value on hover. Say column value in a column chart and so on.

You may want to reconfirm and take up with the development team.

We have identified an issue and are rolling back to the previous release. Typically, this takes 2-3 hours to fully complete.

We will provide a status update in two hours.

We recommend reloading your application to determine whether the issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues with seeing labels on your charts, please clear your browser cache and reload again. If neither of these steps resolves the issue, please feel free to file a support ticket or reply to this thread.

Hi @bcairns , Sorry to inform you that the labels are still gone on hover action on PC (or long press on my phone) after clear my Chrome cache and sync my app again.

Any steps for my Google Pixel 6 (Android system) to clear cache or just simply reopen it? thanks

FYI I just noticed noticed not all ENUM label is effected. Only those are created today is effected. @devingu Thanks for looking into it.

it’s been 5 days ago .. , i positively think that may be the team is doing a great update to the chart feature right now. . . :cry:
