I wanted to develop an app for IT asset management app for our NGO. (Features like asset master data, including primary , secondary location, user info, condition of asset, add /modify, transfer and scrap , etc., ) are there any ready app templates for this?

There is a Facility Asset Template that may fit your requierements with a few a tweaks.
