I’m facing an issue with my AppSheet account regarding plan limits.
I have a plan that allows 10 user licenses.
I already removed shared users and ensured the app is limited to 10 active users.
Despite this, the system still shows a “Plan Upgrade Required” message when accessing the app.
I’ve tried:
Removing extra users and pending invites.
Syncing and refreshing the app.
Checking shared tables and data sources to ensure no extra users are counted.
The app still seems to think the user count exceeds my plan.
Could anyone advise on how to force the system to recognize the correct number of active users? Or is this something that AppSheet Support needs to manually fix?
@Soofiya_Samad This seems to be a common issue that they don’t communicate well, recently I had a client with same issue, I contacted Support via my paid account to help my client who Is on prototype and cannot receive support.
The scenario was they although 10 users may be in the allow list, over a 30 day period it showed 11 unique users.
During the month period they remove 1 user from list to add a different user, so they imagined only 10 active users. Appsheet counted the 10 original and then the additional 1.
Support had to put a 30 Day No Block on account to let the client continue. This took about 6 hours to take effect.
