[Issue] Not Receiving Schedule Reports - Looker Studio

Hello All,

I scheduled my Looker Dashboard today morning (18 Nov) and scheduled it for start time Tuesday, 18 November 2025 at 01:00:00 India Standard Time. But i didn’t received the report.

Do i need to wait till next day to get the report after the schedule configuration.

Hi @Rohan_Choubey , we have the same issue.

All of our daily scheduled deliveries are broken - all our customers are affected. This means that we have to manually export all the dashboard slides for for each customer by ourself and send them to each customer individually.

Does anyone have any information about this bug and when the fix will be available?

Same issue here. I would not be surprised that it was related to the Cloudflare outage.

Its weird i did a schedule early morning and now it is working fine, hope you also have the same resolution.

Hi @Rohan_Choubey , thank you for your update. Yesterday, the scheduled daily deliveries were delayed by six hours. Instead of arriving at midday, they arrived at 6 pm. They did not arrive at 12 pm again today, either. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.

Since yesterday I’m dealing with the same problem too. My report should be sent every night at 3am but from yesterday the sending is not working (some people get it and some people not). Do you still have the same problem also today?
