I need some assistance with my AppSheet app. Every time I try to open it, it just gets stuck on ‘syncing’ and doesn’t open the application properly. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
You don’t receive any error at the loading screen?
Pla share it. Sometimes it is just a missmatch of columns in sheets and app schema.
If it does not, press cancel and show us the error.
If you are not seeing any errors, then try logging out of the app (don’t just close it - actually logout) and then Log back in. Sometimes, the cached meta-data can get messed up. Logging out and back in will effectively reset the cache for the app.
