Is there any way to add developer email in default revenue report?

https://api.enterprise.apigee.com/v1/mint/organizations/{org_name}/revenue-reports

Response Needed as below

There is a way to achieve developer email in revenue report
http://docs.apigee.com/monetization/content/create-reports#repdevcustatt

However format is not configurable and also it would require developer email to be set as another custom attribute in developer object itself.
