Hi I wanted to build a classifieds for our gated community. I want everyone to post their ad with admin control.

It sounds you would need to use for example AWS Cognito for this urpose. Though then it needs Enterprise subscription.

With the Cognito you can maintain your 5k emails much easier. You can for example import your emails with a CSV file. The email address your app users use, can be what ever.
