Is there anyway to recover an Ephemeral IP address? I did not find a possible option on the console. I was wondering if seeking paid support would open the possibility up if the IP is not already reserved.

What do you mean by “recover Ephemeral IP” ? If you know IP, you can assign private custom IP ( Ephemeral (custom) under Primary internal IP. However, if you asking about External static address, then nope. There is no possibility.

I mistakenly deleted or released an external static IP . is there a way to recover it after 24hours ? i have a purchased theme connected to it and will lose if i am not able to recover. any posibilty ?
