Hello all,
Quick update: The engineering team identified and adjusted a database setting that was causing delays when processing app traffic.
The performance metrics are already showing strong improvement, but weāre keeping a close eye on things to ensure everything stays running smoothly.
Thanks so much for your patience!
Please let us know if you continue to experience any lag on your end
thank you very much ![]()
Chile, Im using AppSheet databaseā¦last 4 or 5 days has been very slow and yersterday it was little better but today is showing slow syncing and saving.
We are still experiencing delays here in Ukraine as well. I can confirm this issue. AppSheet syncing and saving are also very slow in Ukraine today.
Thanks,
I have informed the engineering team that the issue is not fully resolved.
I will keep you posted.
Hi all,
As my application is using Appsheet Database, an Accessibility error was observed for multiple tables. And it was pointed out that the Accessibility error is related to the Slowness issue raised in this Thread.
Kindly reply if you also have faced the same error for your Tables. Following are the details-
āErrorsā: āUnable to delete row from table āJob Listā. ā Error: Data table āJob Task Logā is not accessible due to: An error occurred while fetching rows from AppSheet database.ā,
āExceptionā: "LegacyDataLayer.Exceptions.CustomerFacingExceptionWithCode: Error: Data table āJob Task Logā is not accessible due to: An error occurred while fetching rows from AppSheet database.
Also, I have an open thread for the Accessibility issue-

Thank you,

Quick update:
While our metrics showed some initial improvement following yesterdayās adjustments, performance hasnāt fully recovered across all apps yet.
Our engineering team continues to investigate to identify remaining bottlenecks and ensure a complete fix.
Thank you so much for your continued patienceāIāll keep you posted as soon as I have more news from the team!
