There seem to be big SYNC issues with iPhone 12 and with the new mobile Framework.
Syncs regularly fail and data is lost.

What iOS version are you running on that iPhone 12?

I think we would need more details to be able to diagnose it, or ideally a screen recording showing it happen.
Do you see any correlation with what the user is doing in the app at the time it happens?
Do you see audit log entries for the failed attempts?
