I have an interactive dashboard that is sort of working but when I click on a name to filter the entire dashboard the whole thing goes blank. Before I click on it this is what I see
After I click on a name in the dashboard filter this is what happens
So it seems to be filtering but it goes blank on all the charts. Any idea why it goes blank instead of filtering the results by name?
Could it be that there are no results being returned for that person in whatever datasource you are using in those “blank” Charts?
Do the same Charts go blank for every person? If they do, then there must be an issue with the data behind those charts not having the proper column(s) to filter by. There must be a Ref column that matches what you are filtering by - the person in this case.
