Integrated portal not showing app associated with team

Hi,

We have an integrated portal utilizing teams. This team has an app associated with it. Within the UI, at ‘https://org-portal.apigee.io/teams/123-456-78’, the app will not show unless the page is refreshed on /teams/ page

Current Behaviour:

/teams/ doesn’t display app associated to team

Expected Behaviour:

/teams/ displays the name, description and created date of app in a table

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to portal
2. Create a new team
3. Create an app associated with the team
4. Goto portal homepage
5. Refresh page and navigate to the newly create team page
