I am installing an App on a VM.
I get the following error:
The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation
Can anyone help ?

Kindly provide more information regarding your issue;
a. The machine image used?
b. What application you are trying to install?
c. Is it a desktop application (for windows) or thru CLI (for Linux)?
d. If you’re using Linux, have you considered using the $ sudo command?

a. Windows Server 2022
b. ICE WebStart
c. Desktop application for Windows.
d. I am not using Linux.
I am also getting the blow error when I am trying to purchase Standard support.
All I am trying to do is to install the ICE WebStart on my Winodws Server VM.

Is this the error that you’re getting when installing ICE WebStart in a fresh VM?
If so, kindly follow the steps in this guide. You should be able to install ICE WebStart after following the guide.
