Hi everyone. Since Saturday I have this problem:
i have a grouped type action which performs many other actions. One of these uses the INPUT function, and when I click on the “save” button the whole editor freezes.
It seems to stop responding as if it loads endlessly. I also tried to recreate the same function f but nothing changed. The strange thing is that it had been working fine for a month and now it has this strange behavior.
Has this ever happened to you?
This will happen for example if you have row that you try to fill but it has a mandatory column without a value. Try to open the same record through the form as it should show the column that needs to have a value.
yes I was aware of this. But it’s not that I can’t proceed to saving the record (like if you click and it does nothing). The entire editor page of the application crashes
Could it be due to this malfunction?
It sounds it’s a different reason. When the editor chrashes, what happens? It just stops working, does it close the editor, etc? Have you tried to clear the cache if your browser is somehow confused? When using mobile device or laptop without editor, does it work then?
crashes completely even if not in editor (from mobile). And also from other PCs. So I would say that the problem could be in the construction of the sequence of actions …
I just haven’t made any changes since it worked…
I would create a support ticket so the devs could debug the reason. Even if the action is not working, it should not crash the app with all devices.
support told me that the INPUT function is in beta so I need to use something else (lol). without going into anything… as soon as they heard INPUT they didn’t understand anything anymore 
It would be good for devs to understand from where this is coming so they would be able to fix it
