This season, while everything slows down outside, some of the most powerful systems in the world keep moving quietly in the background. The Winter Wins challenge invites you to step into that world—where cloud skills come together like pieces of a well-wrapped gift.
Across these labs, you’ll move from everyday collaboration to the core of cloud infrastructure. You’ll set up networks, launch compute resources, and keep workloads steady with monitoring. Then, you’ll bring it all together by deploying a website, building an AppSheet app, and managing data across Google Cloud—turning individual skills into something that works seamlessly as one.
What’s in the Winter Wins bundle:
Streamlining teamwork with Google Workspace tools
Preparing data that’s ready to shine in Looker dashboards
Building secure networks and foundational compute services
Keeping everything running smoothly with monitoring
Launching a website on Google Cloud
Creating an app with AppSheet
Storing, processing, and managing data across Google Cloud
By the time you’re done, you won’t just have completed a set of labs—you’ll have built something solid, step by step.
A quiet win, a meaningful one, and a perfect way to close out the season with a Winter Win that truly feels earned!
Hello @Yugali I write this about my concern regarding previous Arcade swags (JULY), I am not received it yet including my so many friends are not received it. I mail the printose team but there response was not affirmative, please how to get our swags because in this time frame we all received our swags but this time exception. Please do something @Yugali and @PratikBoraste .
Ah yes, @YugaliWinter Wins — a “quiet win,” indeed.
So quiet that most of us have already completed these exact labs… twice. Or thrice.
Funny how during the July–October cohort, everything felt structured, intentional, and well-timed. Labs made sense, progression felt real, and learning actually moved forward.
Then the facilitator program ends… and suddenly it’s November–December déjà vu — same labs, same games, same trivia, just wrapped in new seasonal captions.
Collaboration, networking, monitoring, websites, AppSheet — all great skills.
But repeating them again and again doesn’t make them deeper… just longer. At some point, it feels less like “building something solid” and more like repackaging the same gift every month.
Some humble suggestions (fully aware this is a one-way program anyway):
Announce game launch and end dates in advance — via official posts and facilitators
Create a fixed, visible timeline for each stage of the program
Run feedback forms to actually improve quality
On swags: Say no to plastic — UNEP exists for a reason
Release all swags at the start of each cohort
Avoid repeating entire badges month after month
(2–3 repeat labs? Understandable. Full repeats? Not so much.)
I know none of this will change — programs like this usually move in one direction only.
Still, thought I’d leave this here… quietly, meaningfully — just like a Winter Win.
Love how Winter Wins covers the full stack- from Google Workspace and AppSheet to networking, monitoring, and data management on Google Cloud. Solid hands-on learning path!
